As the leading provider of sales automation and web marketing technology for the health insurance industry, Norvax Inc. has been providing high-quality tools and resources for agents and brokers since its beginning. Our powerful tools have proven themselves adept at helping agents and brokers increase their productivity and sales numbers.
But although we received lots of praise for our tech products, we realized that agents also needed advanced sales and marketing training — along with powerful technology. We found that too many agents received little or no training in sales and marketing.
Norvax slowly began offering resources to help agents better understand their market and close more sales. We produced several informative presentations and webinars, attended by hundreds of agents.
Eventually, we decided to get serious about this effort and established Norvax University. Through Norvax University, we intend to provide agents and brokers with training they need to capture more of their target market. We also hope to develop an online community that they can use to further their career growth.
This last objective is a big part of our mission. We invite agents and brokers to make Norvax University their own. Whether you want to share success stories and tips or get advice about potential pitfalls and opportunities, the Norvax University community will be driven by its members.
